Your mission:
You are the crucial link bridging product and marketing in order to accelerate customer acquisition growth and conversion rate. You thrive on fostering dynamic collaboration, innovation and data-driven optimisation across the funnel. You’re practical, fast and take pride in the work you own.
Your responsibilities
- Create and deliver a prioritized growth roadmap, focused on customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion rate optimisation
- Identify growth levers within the end-to-end user funnel and deliver performance boosting initiatives (AB testing, UX improvements, personalisation etc) to increase the conversion rate of key moments along the journey (LPs, onboarding, purchase flow)
- Implement a robust testing framework on the basis of funnel analysis and concept iteration / development
- Within lead generation, work closely with the Email and Performance Marketing teams on creating high-conversion (automated, segmented) e2e user journeys.
- Together with BI, ensure tracking is correctly set; reporting is actionable, clear and accurate.
- Explore growth opportunities within existing customer groups (retention) as well as the application of referral/loyalty programme.
- Manage the technical implementation process of initiatives on platform by working closely together with the internal development and UX team.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the leadership team to identify cross-functional opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the Marketing teams to understand different campaign and audience types which may affect the conversion rate and the funnel performance
Role specific requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in Product / Growth / BI, ideally within a startup / high growth setup. Experience within subscription-based businesses is a plus.
- completed studies in Economics or similar
- User-centric mindset with excellent understanding of behaviours, motivations and needs
- Entirely data-driven decision maker with impressive analytical skills - ability to find patterns and solutions quickly
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Experience in Marketing is a plus
- Fluent in English, German or French are a plus
