The role
We’re looking for a Director of Growth - probably one of the coolest roles in the German ecosystem right now 🔥
Your number one job is to set a new standard for how we think about growth at femtasy - the what, the how, and the why.
You’ll work directly with our founder and CEO to shape how femtasy thinks about growth - and then execute on it.
This is a player-coach role who thinks strategically and gets their hands dirty. You’ll lead a team of 3–5 people while staying deep in the work yourself.
Before you scale anything, your first job is to figure out where the real growth leverage is. That means building assumptions, designing the experiments to test them, and having the conviction to act on what you learn.
What you’ll actually do
Think through expansion with the CEO. You’re a key thought partner for our CEO & founder: Helping structure the strategic view, identify where we grow next, and pressure-test assumptions before we commit.
Identify and prioritize opportunities. Surface growth levers across the full funnel: Acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and reactivation - and across product, marketing, and data.
Execute and learn. Run the experiments, extract insights, and scale what works / kill what doesn’t. Feed what you learn back into the next cycle. You treat growth as a compounding chain of experiments: each one is scoped, executed, measured, and evaluated - and the output directly shapes what we test next. Nothing lives in isolation.
Lead a small, sharp team. Grow the people around you while staying hands-on: You hire, you coach, and you also personally execute initiatives yourself.
Success criteria
What success looks like in 6 months. You have a clear, data-backed point of view on where femtasy's real growth leverage is. Not a deck - a validated set of assumptions, tested through a structured chain of experiments, that gives us high conviction on where to go next. You've mapped the full funnel and identified the biggest opportunities, and we're already running.
What success looks like in 12 months. We are scaling the 1–2 highest-leverage growth loops you identified. ARR growth rate is accelerating. Revenue and EBITDA are both growing. You have built a repeatable, rigorous growth system at femtasy - and it's showing results.
This is NOT for you if…
You only want to set strategy, be a people manager, or hand off execution to others.
You work from gut feel rather than structured hypotheses and data.
You’re not comfortable defining KPIs upfront and being held accountable to them.
You can’t operate with ambiguity or work across product, data, and engineering.
You can speak the languages of Product, Data, Marketing, and Engineering - but don't actually enjoy going deep, nor are you naturally extremely curious about it.
You prefer reaching for solutions before fully understanding the underlying problem
What we’re looking for
7+ years in growth roles
Consumer / D2C experience - this is a hard requirement
Deep paid social expertise. Specifically Meta - you know the platform mechanics, the creative feedback loops, and how to build scalable acquisition programs
Systematic, data-driven, hypothesis-led way of thinking. Proven track record of running growth experiments end-to-end - hypothesis, build, measure, decide
Strong product instinct. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering. You need to speak all four languages
Fluent with AI + human workflows

💪Package. A highly attractive compensation package which fairly mirrors what is expected from you and the impact you'll have on femtasy.
For remote applicants we consider only (CET ±2h) within Europe. We do not offer relocation from within or outside the EU. Candidates ideally reside in Germany or Spain.
